When you booked with us we place your order to supplier for the confirmation, which will take maximum 24 hours. Sometime confirmation voucher sent to customer however it stuck in spam folder so kindly check your spam folder as well.
If its more than 24 hours and you checked your spam folder as well than kindly raise a ticket.
I booked a trip and money got deducted. Payment is shown as successful on the payment app but no response from you. I have not received any voucher or confirmation mail and the trip is tomorrow. I am not sure what should be done. The support team doesn't get back either. Please reply ASAP.
I have paid for E tickets7 adults but i
filled wrong email id in form after correction of Email i got another 2 adults confirmation email but yet 24 hours over but so far I have not
received any confirmation. PNR no: L5327B. Kindly send us the booking
