How to connect over the phone/Email for query/support?

If you have a new booking enquiry or a sales enquiry where you need to know more about a tour or a package, Please fill the necessary details on "Send Enquiry" tab on the particular product page or call the ph number available on the particular product page directly.


For on ground support you can reach to the vendor directly or call us at our support helpline number which is mentioned on your booking voucher sent from [email protected] (Support Helpline number is currently only available for customers who have booked with Thrillophilia) .

You can raise a ticket with us stating the exact nature of your query/complaint and we would be more than happy to resolve your issue. 


Support Contact details are published on the booking voucher you have received on your emails from [email protected]. The subject line of your booking voucher generally remains " Hurray ! Pack your bags, Your booking is confirmed ! "

 


We advice you to contact your tour operator for :

  • Matters related to the execution of trip
  • Any permission required for treks wild life tours
  • Any changes related to pick up point and pick up time
  • Any other information related to 'Things to carry'
  • Any other factual details regarding the trip such as difficulty level, food, transport


When to contact Thrillophilia Platform Support Team ?

  • Your trip operator is unreachable
  • You are facing difficulties communicating with operator
  • You want to cancel a booked trip
  • You want to buy more tickets for same trip
  • You are not getting what has been in "Inclusions"
