When booking is rejected by vendor or booking rejected mail received ?

Whenever any booking is rejected from supplier's end due to any internal operational constraints, and rejection mail received from us, the refund of the discussed amount takes place automatically

within next 7-10 business days, in the same bank account from which the payment was made.

Yes I have the same problem... My booking was rejected by resort and no confirmation email from resort or thrillophilia regarding cancellation or refund.. Its not showing cancelled in app too

Is this is a fake site.

I too feel it's not worth to do booking from this website.there is a lot of hassle if something goes wrong. No one is there to take onus.
