On second Jan i have made a booking through this site. After 2 hours got a mail and an message saying the booked thrill have been cancelled by Vendor and refund will be initiated
Next day i got a mail saying that my refund has been initiated. When i checked the website i found it can take up to 10 days for the refund.
After 5 days i raised a ticket to know the status of my refund. Got a mail saying that the customer care will contact within 24 hours which have not happened even after 240 hours.
12 days passed and i lost hope on this. The worst customer service ever from an online service provider. when a customer confirms a booking you take money within a minute and when it comes to refund it goes in snail's pace.
Dear team, if this is the way you make money i don't want my refund. Please consider the 7k i paid as a contribution from my side for the funeral service of your pathetic business.
