Cancellation is bases upon cancellation policies of the product that you have booked. We request you to please review the cancellation polices mentioned on the booking voucher sent by email@example.com. After reviewing the policies if you want to cancel your booking, we request you to raise a ticket with subject as "booking cancellation" and need to provide all the details about the booking.
